Great content. But the print on several pages of the book appears as if the printer had run out of ink…. Pages looked washed. Did not return as overall the content is very useful once you get the gist.

This isn't not a kit it is only the least expensive. Thin paper printed like a news paper folded in a 4 way and stapled on a seam the information is hard to follow there are no laminated fact sheets for quick glance tips no reccomended oil. Nothing that makes up a kit no books just super cheep paper folded and stapled like a magazine included the only recommendation they say is to fast but not for how long or what oil cleans your arteries. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I am ashamed that I fell for this little booklet with a $39 price tag. It is a compilation of common sense, herbal recommendations, and recipes. It is not a professionally produced document. I'm going to toss it into my next book donation bag.

This is basically a poorly photocopy magazine and should not be described as paperback book. There are pages where quality of the printing is so poor, unable to read. Info is general, nothing to justify the costs. I want to return and get a refund.

Difficult to follow exactly. However 22 hours fasting did result in some weight loss. 6 10 8 does not work for me. Had to adjust to 7 11 9. Also I must the certain supplements and medication at night. The concept might work and I will try 24 hour fast.
